j ADAMS, I REMEMBERED when these seats were standards on the 1978 928 euro..I thought and still think that are a sort of porsche trademark....great color.........

Mine isn't unusual for RoW, but it is certainly different from most of the interiors I've seen in SCs and Carreras...

I read in Excellence was Expected (if I recall) that the upholstery workers at the Recaro factory complained so much of headaches from stitching that checkerboard stuff that they only offered it for the one model year ('77 or '78).

That original green interior is fantastic! When I was in Europe years ago I remember seeing that color interior in combination with silver exterior fairly frequently. It was a great combo that you never see in the States.
