69 911 Steering enigma

Hello. Been a long time since I have posted in here. I have spent the last 3 years, off and on, bringing a 69T back to the road. The list of new parts is so long, it is easier to list the old parts. The front suspension is from a 79SC w/ new wheel bearings/ rotors/ rebuilt or new brake parts everywhere. I have a Tarret Eng Front sway bar and new 19MM torsion bars up front. Elephant poly bronze bushings/ low-friction bushing mounts. Anyways, the only OLD part is the steering rack. I just had Porsche of Orlando lower and align the car. There was, and is, a funny effect while driving fast. Anything over 90 mph and the car does a scary dance, side-to-side. If I just hold the wheel straight, the car can sort of quickly shift sideways ( either direction) and then back. More than a little unnerving. The car did this before the alignment, and I thought the alignment would fix it. Lowering fixed it a little, but it's still there. The wheel feels tight at a stop and all speeds up to 60-80mph. Above that, squirrelly.. New turbo tie rods, Lemfeorder ball joints, etc, etc. Any ideas?

Michael

What are you alignment settings? My first thought is a lack of toe in, but it would just be a guess without more information.
