Hi, All

Looking for the template for 1973 911. Here's what I have from fuse boxes:

Thanks for the great effort!

Maybe you can get a higher resolution picture of the 10 fuse label? Some of the text is illegible.

The second one is the same as the 1970-72.

Fuse Box for 1973 911E

http://pope.go.ro/FuseBoxLabels/FuseBoxLabels03.pdf

My fuse box matches Page 4 on the attached link that you have just recently provided, with one change: the #4 fuse (windshield wiper) is in the #6 fuse (cigarette lighter) position and visa versa. In other words, all is the same except fuse #4 is in the #6 position and #6 is in the #4 position. The other 8 fuses, per the diagram on Page 6, are exactly the same.

Does this help? The car is a 1973 911E.
Thanks very much SmileWavy

Actually, fuse 7 is also different and fuse 1 which is probably the same electrically, is described differently.

So my problem in completing this correctly is that I can't read the German and French for fuses 1 and 7.

I though they were labeled Trilingual's

Deutsche
English
Français

Vintage56 03-27-2018 02:54 AM

Yes, you're correct. They are in 3 languages. I will try to get the details in French and German today. English is easy!

Vintage56 03-27-2018 05:29 AM

Pope

Here's what I can read from the cover:
#1
Innen-Kofferraum- Hand-
schuhkastenleuchte, Zeituhr
luggage/ glove-box-light
interier light, clock
ecl. linter. / coffre a bag. /
boite a gants montre

#7
Frischluftgeblase
Helais Heckheizscheibe
fresh air blower
rel. -heated rear window
soufflerie ar frais
rel -lunette ar. -chauf.

Vintage56 03-27-2018 05:30 AM

Thanks Pope for your assistance with this...It is the best I can read it given age and wear.
Thanks again

pope 03-27-2018 06:32 AM

Yeah, I think that's good enough.

Have a look here:

Let me know if it's OK and if you need anything else.

pope 03-27-2018 06:35 AM

Hahaha.

Looking for a solution for the 1973.5 I stumbled across someone that has actually monetized my work!

https://www.kroonwireharnesses.com/index.php?route=product/search&search=label

He's actually watermarked it with 'SAMPLE'. So no one steals it ;)

So if anyone can't be bothered in printing, cutting, gluing etc. they can get it for just 5 EUR! :D:D:D

Vintage56 03-27-2018 06:49 AM

Thanks so much...

geoff_68s 10-06-2018 10:30 AM

Pope, if you're interested in adding a trilingual label for an early 12-fuse box, here's one from a '66, which also works on my '68, and, presumably, other SWB cars:

Some of it isn't super legible in the photo, but it was the best I could get, so I can transcribe it for you if you want.

Thanks for adding one more version to the list!

I'm a bit busy these days with other stuff. I'll get on it as soon as I free up some time.

It looks like you've done exactly what I need. (a 10-fuse box label for a 70 911) but I cannot get your link to open for me. Cant get to your server at all.

Is there a new link? Or can I host your PDFs for you?

pope 02-25-2019 12:35 AM

Should be working now.

pocketscience 11-26-2019 03:06 PM

Link just seems to time out after ages... is there an updated one?

Fuse box paper tags

Is it possible to get a copy of the fuse tags for the two front 8 fuse boxes for my 69 911E? Thanks, Kevin
