Any interest in door bolt plugs?

Bob at APPBIZ here

Every time I get a car back from the paint shop these puppies are missing or in a box with the extra parts and trashed from hasty removal. Decided it would be nice to have a bunch of these on hand.

We purchased several thousand of these. They are not exact factory copies but they fit good and tight. lay flush and the price is a fraction of the factory ones.

We anticipate a list price of $5.99 for a 25 pack

Some 911's use up to 8 per door

Door bolt access holes No caps

Holes with plugs installed

25 pack of Door plugs

Please let me know if you guys think this is something you would like to see Pelican carry.

Bob

definately, the ones Pelican sells now are slightly too big and very hard to seat flush in the hole.

Couldn't find them in the online catalog. Can you tell me where they are or give me the Pelican part number?

How about making some billet aluminum heater control knobs so I can replace the pink plastic ones. Anyone interested?

Hi Mark, Thanks.. I did it and they came out great... Then I applied the white paint to highlight the on/off defrost info on them, wiped off the residual with a little acetone on paper towell and the red dye came right off! I'm over them at this point.

I was thinking a good idea might be to just make some out of billet aluminum to match the door latches that Bob has already. You could even anodize them black if needed. I think they would be pretty trick. just an idea.

Yes, I'm needing a bunch of these at the moment.

Thanks for all of the little things you do for us. It helps.
