Thanks

Only thing is then shipping to UK ££££ Surely there must be a supplier of the brushes. A simple replacement brush yet you have to buy the complete motor????

Anyone???

Is there any electrical guru's on this board that may know a fix/supplier (uk) to this problem??
A common problem and if i am correct the side blowers and fresh air blowers suffer the same problem, if the windings & bearings (lack of) are OK there must be a market for it.

Huumm thats an idea. New thread on the way i think.

(i don't like parting with my hard earned money, can you tell)

I would find a shop in the UK that works on repairing electrical motors and show them the brushes. They may be able to match them up with other brands. they are just brushes and being closer to germany you may find them somewhere.

take the entire motor in with you.
