Clutch Options for '67 911S
Can anyone give advice for how I should proceed in replacing my clutch. OEM is an aluminum pressure plate and the disc appear NLA. The pressure plate I just took off appears to have have a copper surface that presses on the disc.
What disc and pressure plate combo should I use? Thanks!

What you took off was original to the 67S. The disc is basically standard I believe. It was the 69S that had the aluminum PP and thinner disc.

It looks like you're right about the disc. Upon further examination, pelican sells the same disc for all '67s. The Sachs sport pressure plate is over $100 cheaper than the Porsche OEM for an S. Is there any reason I shouldn't go for the cheaper sport model?
..and why is the S pressure plate $500 more expensive than the non-S model?

Copper plating? Probably a higher pressure diaphragm as well. I have had some success getting PP's rebuilt locally, but haven't needed any recently.
