Uncertifiable!!!

^^^^^SOOOO COOOOL^^^^^^AND BEAUTIFUL^^^^^^^^^
Brings back great memories. I put myself through university buying VW wrecks and selling parts mainly on campus. Old beetles were the main mode of transport for fellow students in those days. Had a pretty rare VW pickup with the sides that folded down. That was all back in the late ‘60’s. Thanks for sharing. Johan

Always loved the stance on my 86 targa:
![]() ![]() Sadly this is it 10 years after those photos were taken: At the time of the accident car only had 65,000 miles and was a garage queen 1 owner - before me. ((Be careful on those off ramps in TX after a rain, with what appeared to be a dump of pellet gravel from a gravel truck...very, very slick.)) Was a blessing in disguise as the coupe (that replaced it) now has 210,000 miles and is driven 2-3 times a week. Didn't know I hated owning a low mileage near perfect 911...from upkeep, door ding paranoia, to "shiny Porsche" attracting eyes and potentially thievery - always worried about it I felt. Interior, various suspension parts and engine sitting in climate controlled storage. Everything else has been sold or claimed... Now for a coffee run in the "not perfect" coupe ![]() Erik

If you ever decide to sell your 996 GT3, I would be very interested. I love my 911S 2.8 and I plan to keep it. I have had a few close calls where other drivers do not see me. I love the full analog Porsches and yours is the last of those.

I keep thinking my stance is off some - might have something to do with the non-original wheels/tires - but they are still a "stock" size... (205/55r16 and 225/50r16) - car came 15s.
Car just looks like it is sitting high I'm afraid to lower it too much for fear of dragging the front spoiler on my driveway ![]() ![]() Rear wheel ![]() Front wheel
