Window track lubrication

I need to lubricate the power window tracks on my '80 Targa. I'm thinking sometype of graphite based lubricatant would work best. Any experiences or warnings I should hear before doing so?
Thanks in advance!!

I used white lithium grease on the tracks and regulator inside the door.

I used a dry graphite grease in the window channels to help them slide easier, putting less strain on the motors.
