Another 911 Track Project

It's time to take my '73 911 back to the track. It's been there before so it knows what to do. I just need to get the car set up again. Right.

We have one more LeMons race left this year so I have some free time. I know a little bit more about cars than I did 18 years ago so it might be interesting.

I started with new tires and then decided to improve the appearance of my wheels. I usually send them to Harvey but decided to try it on my own this time.

I sanded the wheel with 800 paper and then cleaned it with acetone. I used ACE hardwae satin black rattle can. After it dried for a few days I used clay on it. Hey - it seems to work.
