Source for 993 RS cams ??

Any recommendation on where to look for 993 RS cam for a '97 993 EURO Vario Ram engine ?

Also, what's an acceptable price to pay for them?

Thanks

I bought mine from Webcam, I wouldn't use oems as the method of fastening the sprockets leaves a lot to be desired. Webcams come setup for the 911/964 style sprockets which ar much more positively fixed to the cams.

Bill,

Which tools do I need to set the cam timing back when replacing the cams? Are there any shortcut to avoid some of the factory tools?

i will check the webcam site. THANKS

the big think is one mechanical lifter to temporarily replace on of the hydraulic lifters. Then you time it just like on an older motor

here's a pic of mine being done, the mechanical lifter is under the dial indicator, the 964 sprocket is temporarily pegged by the sparkplug, the slack has been taken out of the chains
