The problem is we are lacking a little funding and need, how shall I put this, well, we need someone to loan us a couple of vehicles for testing purposes. The problem is that we've had our insurance cancelled, so what we're offering is a percentage in the company. We expect to have an IPO within 2 years. Who's in? You can reply to Matt@mattsflyingcircus.com As Greg and I are founding members, with Greg coming up with the superb company name by the way, we'll be doing all the research and marketing - expect a facebook and website soon.

Greg and I at the top, we decided to hang back from the main group to allow everyone else to squeeze in there - sacrifice in the name of the Porsche brethren
![]() We even took in the tour! ![]()

actually scientifically proven with 'blind studies'....
97.462% of respondents prefer all 4 tires of a Porsche 911 to be within 5 degrees of the horizontal plane when parked. Parking a Porsche at greater then 30 degrees from horizontal plane caused an increased heart rate and elevated serum adrenaline levels. This was also evident in subjects that occupied a moving 911 going down inclines greater the 30 degrees. Seek immediate medical attention for inclinations greater the 30 degrees that last longer then 4 hours. Use as directed. Thanks to Steve for putting on an unforgettable New Years Day Drive....

Steve, thanks for resurrecting the thread. I was hoping we could do a Santa Cruz Mountains to the coast run, but may be too far of a drive for East Bay / Central Valley folks.
I ran last year's run a few weeks ago - road conditions are generally good - a few short sections of Mines in Santa Clara county have received fresh asphalt.

Looks like we have a good quorum!
Anyone want to set it up? Not sure if we need to contact Porsche Livermore if we are meeting there. I can post this on 6speed and Rennlist also. Maybe we can start listing the drivers? I'll start... 1. Djantlive - Gallardo / M3 2. KBliew - 996 C2 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. |

Sigh- there you guys go again, getting me all sad that I can't live out there.
If you're on the fence about making the run, do it for me. Lifes short, and you all live in an awesome area with great 911 roads. Enjoy them while you can! (I'm hoping to visit around Jan 30th, but sadly in a rental, LOL)
