tech: Sanden compressor
Hello,
I am just about to install my new Sanden compressor(with duel pulley) in my car. I seem to recall hearing that the outermost pulley lip needs to be machined down to prevent denting the decklid from the inside out. Can anyone weigh in on this and help me out as to whether this needs to be done or not? ps: my car is an '82 SC Bill |

Need to remove outer groove lip on pulley is only on early narrow body cars that don't have SC or Carrera rear flare fenders; typically pre 78 years
