Just looked out my window and....

...and it's SNOWING here in lovely Massachusetts.

Are we still sure we want to have a get-together tomorrow?

The data in the CD-type disc decodes easily into ASCII computer text as follows, using 8 bit binary:
*
"Beware the bearers of FALSE gifts & their BROKEN PROMISES. Much PAIN but still time. (Damaged Word). There is GOOD out there. We OPpose DECEPTION. Conduit CLOSING (BELL SOUND)”
*
The damaged word would appear to be intended as “BELIEVE”.

Same here! Just saw a some strange white stuff blowing around outside the garage. Luckily, my interior is gutted at the moment and I wouldn't be driving anyway - that makes it a little easier to take. -- Curt

what is this thing you call "snow"? Is that some sort of drug reference?

That being said, it is freezing today in LA...clouds and low 60's. Oh the humanity!

Bright blue sky here and it should be in the 70's this afternoon. Wind and some thunderstorms may come up later. Been cool in the mornings and evenings so I haven't been able to exercise my new oil cooler much driving to and from work. Forests may burn soon as we're in the worst drought since the 1950's. Pick your poison. Jim

It's about 80-ish here today, and I've got the passenger door gutted doing a rebuild. Beautiful day. Wish I was driving instead of rebuilding.

Bad thing is another month and we'll be about 103 here.

Let me tell you that dont complain about the snow, it might be getting a little old but today it was 101 here. They are predicting the hottest summer ever. and from what I read that was 7 years ago with a high of 123! When you deal with 100 plus for moonths, snow seems kinda appealing!

Snow in May and 120deg. both suck, with Arizona summers taking the grand prize for hell-on-earth simulation. Perfect weather here, but crowded as a result of course. East coast people, hope it melts soon, sure it will. Arizona folks, get the hell out of there! What are you thinking???

Yeah, but don't forget the first words that Arizona kids are taught....

"..but it's a DRY heat!"

Dry is right, but 100+ is like 250+ in a 911--too (your favorite expletive) hot!

Try working in your garage when the temp AND the humidity are both in the 90's. No wonder we developed Gatorade down here.

As I am feeling a bit skewered, I shall get myself to a BBQ immediately to finish the cooking process. Mmmmm, good shish-kebab!

escrow on one house closes Tuesday, other one should follow in a week or two. Hopefully soon I can back up my pithy rejoinders with a flat 6 whine.

Just got back from Skiing big bumps. Nice day with all the new snow we've recieved in the past 2 days (grrr). I see the sun peeking out so there might be a short spirited drive in the near future. The car loves 45 degree weather!

I'd try the BBQ thing, but I hate standing around the grill in a sweater and gloves

nostatic... all in good fun.
