Another Newbie to the 911 club...
4 weeks ago I bought my first Porsche. It's a 1988 911 Carrera Coupe. The car has a pretty good history and has been well maintained and taken care of. She has a little over 100k on the odometer and runs really strong. All the previous owners did an awesome job of ensuring this car received the treatment it so deserves.
Here's a short list of a few things that have been done to keep the car in good shape and a ton of fun to drive New clutch Bilstein struts and shocks Aftermarket dual exhaust system (brand unknown) Momo Prototipo steering wheel Fuchs wheels from a turbo (9's / 7's) recent valve adjustment Brad Penn oil Anyway, I'm having a great time driving this wonderful car and starting my Porsche education by following this tech site and reading up on a variety of great books on the 911. Really appreciate all the knowledge and experience that's being shared. Here's a couple of shots. Apologies for some of the picture quality...

If you plan to join PCA and get involved with the track days, I am at every one...I can help you get connected there too. However, I like the looks of creve's headlamps a bit better, although I'm sure yours' is much brighter! She looks good! BEST! Doyle

I would put the black headlight trim rings, remove the front plate, have it
lowered with spacers and the rake look and voila...  btw..don't forgeta sport muffler with SW chips, this will give you the stupid grin when stomping on the pedals...
