17" Euromeister Pics on your car

I have them sitting in a box and keep toying with whether to put them on or revert to 16 's 7/8.

So help me by showing me some full shots of your car wearing 17" Euros if you ahve them. Close up shots are no help, because its too hard to tell how they sit with the vehicle.

Just so you know, I have seen them, and lifted them without tires installed. They are great looking and light! I would not revert to 16's. Keep the 16's though. These 17's look great. There are plenty of threads showing them, do a search.

[QUOTE=redman77;6896135]Here's my '77 with SC flares, 9's and 7's with 255/40/17 and 225/45/17.

Did you roll out the front fenders by any chance to accommodate the front tire size?

Did you have to roll out the front fenders to accommodate the new tire size by any chance?

No rolling of fenders and no rubbing issues so far...

As I am reading these responses I am going through my tire choices and I'm currently thinking of going for the Hankook V12 evo K110 215/45 front and 255/40 rear. anyone had any good/ bad experiences with these tires? They seem a fair choice for just over $100 per tire

Nope, just took the old Rikens off and replaced with the Euromeisters. I was running 16" 7s and 6s before.

I know this thread's a year old now, but just in case anyone was curious...

I bought a set of the Hankook Evos last year with my 17" Fachs. Due to receiving a bad wheel, I ended up putting only a few KMs on the tires last year, but my initial impressions were poor. They seem to be harsh in ride, but very squishy/squirmy in handling. I don't remember what pressures I was running, but the car felt more planted and more responsive last year with 15" 50-series Yokohama S-drives at 28psi all around. I haven't managed to get the car out yet this spring, but I plan to play with the pressures to see if I can get a better ride/handling balance.

Needless to say I won't be getting the Hankooks for my BMW this year - for that car I'm leaning towards the Michelin Pilot Super Sports... but that would have been total overkill for mt 911.
