14 Pin Connector Removal - How?

Bentley says simply to "detach 14-pin harness connector from panel." I searched 20 pages of posts, apparently I'm the only one who can't tell how to disconnect this connector. Does it simply pull straight apart, are there clips or locks to be spread? I found numerous posts regarding breakage on these, and I don't want to be "that guy." What's the trick?
Thanks in advance,
GK

Male and female round pins. It just pulls apart.

Make sure the battery is disconnected. If it is stuck, use a flat-head screw driver to pry it off. But be careful not to over tweak it. They can crack. Work it apart from both sides.

Thanks. Looking again at my own picture, I can see the parting line right down the center between the halves. Battery was removed, this is on the checklist before the big drop planned for this weekend.

Yeah, the risk of cracking things has me working a bit tentatively. There's a lot of brittleness on these cars...

Wish me luck and thanks for the replies!

Make sure you take time with things like that. It's better to be safe than sorry but really there is nothing mythical about the drop. Just cross t's and dot I's. The other night I forgot to disconnect the throttle linkage.
