GoPro Time Lapse

RS6er,

A Hero 3 black..... let me know if I can help, although kind of a time lapse beginner, I seem to stumble my way though it.

pops911-that looks great!

I don't usually like polished Fuchs but they work well against the yellow paint on yours.

Thanks Wayne! Actually planning to repaint and refinish them for next project. Ideas still under consideration.

Finally got time to adjust the shift linkage, write-up in tech pages here was spot on!
After that I put everything back together as the console is now deleted

I also did a little backyard CIS tuning which proved to be very easy and effective. The car was running a bit hot when thrashed on, 220-230, and I couldn't find any source of other issues. Starting at square one it has a cat and muffler delete and FabSpeed CF airbox...most likely leaning it out quite a bit. Added some fuel via that fancy idle screw and so far so good.

Ran it to work this morning, 70mph/3000rpm for 35 minutes and here it sat, exactly on the center red hash mark on the guage (visible only looking w light)

Changed the AC belt and the fan belt. I continue to be impressed with how functionally excellent the tool kit is that comes with the car. More and more I just want to go whole hog and make her my daily driver.

Worked on her a bit last night, more to follow tonight. Got an oil change and transaxle fluid change done, installed new Bilstein HD's in the rear.

Tonight I'll be changing out the starter motor and doing the front suspension. Also need a new set of front tires, but I'll let a shop mount and balance them. Also have new Tail light housings and lenses to install, current housings are stripped and the lenses cracked

Also trying to decide if I should run wider, or dual spacers in the back, kind of worried about going out that far, but would look better.

You and me both, but the new Hella lenses are ridiculously expensive. Are those the Euro Hellas?

Thank you! I can't wait either, but I have to until the updated suspension is finished. Plus, I can't decide on tires, Michelin PSS or Brdgestone RE-11....or......daily driver highway cruiser weekend warrior type of car.

Changed the oil last night. Wasn't expecting Brad Penn to resemble some sort of thick paint, even though it said "The Green Oil" on the box...

And even though everyone said to prepare for the geyser/waterfall of oil, I forgot to account for spray. My Autozone oil drip bucket came within 1/4" of overflowing (boy was I praying) but held steady--it was the splattered oil on the floor that was annoying to clean up. I'll be better prepared next time!

While under the car, I also noted a torn outer CV boot. Guess I get to install new boots/regrease bearings soon...
