Need help-gauges of 1989 to my 1976 911 3.2 car

Hi there
My car is a targa 1976 with 3.2 g50 installed completely with the wiring harness and all. When I did the swap of engines I left the old gauges and changed some of the wires (never installed the rpm gauge) to fit the original gauges to the new engine...

Now I got a set of 1989 gauges and the end wires with the connectors to the back of each gauge.

Need help how to change again the wires so the new gauges will fit the new 3.2 engine

(I need this info to my mechanic as I am not going to do it alone)

Photos will help a lot

Tnx

The tachometer needs to use the Black Violet wire from the DME in place of the Black Violet from the original harness. Lighting to the gages should fit directly.
Did the car originally have a cable driven speedometer or electronic? I am not familiar with the G50 transmission. I know the speedometer uses a different sending unit than the earlier 915 transmission. On the earlier cars the connection for the sending unit to the speedometer is under the cover plate on the floor by the rear seats next to the shift coupler.
