Question anyone kjnow whats best to quiet down the urathane bushings??

Does anyone, know what works best for this job?? there are making all kinds of noise. any help would be great!!

Somewhere I've seen a tech article where someone had to turn bushings on a lathe to make them perfect, (round), also had to clean out bushing recepticle and make sure it was smooth, then there is some lube that is correct for urethane. (Maybe this is what is in the book).

strange but it works...go to a pool supply store and find a product called aqua lube. it's sky blue and of course very waterproof. i used it on my poly a-arm bushings and poly spring plate bushings upon recommendation from a wrench with 30+ years in the biz. no noise.
