964 seats in an 85 - will it work?

I was going to refurbish my seats but then I found an ad of someone selling the 964 seats in good condition. I have power seats and I need to know if I can somehow make the power seats from the 964 work in my 85.

Cut the plugs off then join the wires. Job done.

YOu can open the 964 seat plug and move the pins to where they need to go on your '85 (assuming the male fits female)

Its a pretty easy hook up..

If you get a good schematic I would just re-align them in the plug as mentioned, if not just trial and error with a good beer and 12v battery.

The rails are the same but the seat belt receptacle might be different.
