ECU Difference/Compatibility
May have find the answer as I did more Googling this morning.
I wanted to know if they could swap those around. Probably not if the ".13" is for ROW. I was looking to see what is the difference between these 2 version 911.618.111.05 & 911.618.111.13 The ".05" google return from Porsche 911- US list it as: Porsche 911 Carrera, Years 1984 to 1986 930/21 3.2L Engine (US) The ".13" google return from Porsche 911- Euro list it as: Porsche 911 Carrera, Years 1986 to 1989 (ROW)

The chips for the motronic can be swapped. The older boxes can be easily updated to take the later chips. ROW did not have oxygen sensor. I had a euro harness and US box when I purchased my 3.2 for swap into my 1973. I added the oxygen sensor wiring to it. I have read one of the best factory chips was for the Club Sport.
Steve W did a review of the different chips. Carrera 3.2 Performance mystery and Chips (long) - Rennlist Discussion Forums

Thanks Ed.
The ".05" was (now using a TEG/GT) on my car and matched the engine. The ".13" is coming of a late 83 that was fitted a 3.2 as they run out of 3 liter. I'll will get the engine type to see if that is the case or it was fitted with a later one. I'll will as ask if there is a Oxygen Sensor fitted. I kept you posted.
