I believe "E25" is an option pack, I think it was for Canadian vehicles and consisted of the following options:

• 113 - KANADA-AUSFUEHRUNG (Version for Canada)
• 158 - Radio "Blaupunkt Monterey"
• 185 - 3-PKT. GURT VO. 2-PKT. HI. (Three-point belt, belt-lock with cables, for driver's seat only and two-point belt, rear)
• 190 - MIT ERHOEHTER TUERFESTIGKEIT (Increased side door strength)
• 218 - HALTER F. KENNZ. VO+HI
• 464 - OHNE KOMPRESSOR + REIFENDRUCKPRUEF.
• 533 - ALARM-ANLAGE INTERVALL
• 576 - OHNE NEBELSCHLUSSLEUCHTE
• 577 - GRUENE FRONTSCH. M. GR.KEIL EL.BEH.
• 912 - OHNE TYPSCHILD

It's possible that M113, M185 and M190 are not part of E25, but are standard on all C36 cars

And your other options are:

• C36 - Canada
• 070 - PERSENNING (Cover)
• 220 - SPERRDIFFERENTIAL (Locking differential 40%)
• 395 - LM-RAEDER GESCHMIEDET (Light-alloy rims, forged, 16-inch)
• 454 - AUTOM. GESCHWINDIGKEITSREGULIERUNG (Automatic speed control)

I have the same code and it looks bang on compared to my car.

Pretty stoked to have that rare #218 front and back license plate bracket option. Beats duct taping the plates to the bumper like those optionless cars must have done.
