I live in North Carolina but looked all over the country for my car. Finally found it in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. As long as you get a good PPI, I don't think location matters.
I'm surprised there's not more in the Atlanta area. I routinely checked the Atlanta paper online and must say most of the quality cars I found were either there or in Florida. Good Luck, Michael 87 Targa |

Forget the "local" advice. You'll be missing out on alot of good cars. I live in California and found my car in Texas. Alot of the cars out here in CA are perfect but higher mileage, so a CA car was not for me. Just find a good PPI shop wherever you buy--that's the key.
