My brother-in-law is all hot for it.
TIA

Looks a nice car, but I don't get the engine.
Has it been modified to ROW 2.7 Carrera spec. with MFI? If not, it's just the US Carrera 2.7, the same as the US spec. '74 911S with CIS. Even this is less bhp than the standard ROW 911S w/CIS.
I think tha needs clearing up before anyone gets too excited about "RS" spec.

The listing says it has Webers...of course that alone on a US 2.7 would not get it to 210bhp. I'd "assume" the CIS pistons were swapped out and maybe the cams, but you're right that the ad isn't very specific about what comprises the "RS-spec" conversion.

Looks like a nice car to me too though, for a big-bumper 911

After thinking about this for awhile, I am pretty sure the owner that brought the car to Tucson was John Poor. I am almost sure that less than a year ago he sold it to someone here in town but I don't know who, or what condition it is now in. I know that John was very thorough in maintenance, but 6 - 8 months in the wrong hands can be devastating. I would recommend calling the # listed in the ad, and press for more information about ownership, maintenance, and the engine specifics.
If you get to a point where you think I could make a few calls and help you, email me directly.
