No power to FP relay on 911SC

I know this topic has been covered a multitude of times but I can't seem to find a thread that specifically covers my problem

I have lost power to pins 86/87 of the fuel pump relay socket!
the FP relay is new
The fuel pump runs and car starts when power is fed directly to pin 30 with relay out
the AFS sensor is lifting and I get a break in ground at pin 85

I have power to the 14pin connector in the engine and fuse 3

I have followed BoyT911SC for testing the system but can't get past the first bit
I can't find a fuel pump relay on the circuit diagram
fuses are all new
ignition switch model is new
can anyone suggest where pins 87 and 86 are connected to on the inside of the car
I was working on the light switch and things went of after that but ant imaging that any wires are linked
can't find any short on pins 86 or87 either

Bottom of Fuse 16. Counting from the headlight towards the steering wheel.
Make sure the jumper from the top of fuse 16 has power with ignition on. (Jumper should come from top of fuse 11)

on your engine behind the rubber both is a safety cut off switch .If this goes bad you`ll have no fuel pump as well.
Try to reach and unplug the Bosh connector ,the pump should run rightway with the key on position.
