I suspect you are going to want to add a horizontal bar to attach your shoulder harnesses. The guides from Schroth are helpful to understand the geometry.

😂 😂 Only noticed now that everything is white around there, pure coincidence!
I didn't measured yet, but I'm assuming it will be 900kg (less than 2000lbs)

Great job Bernardo. Nice car.
I got the same windows in my car.
Especially on a hot day you will feel like you are sitting in a greenhouse without windows, the engine screams and its hot as hell.
But in the end it's worth it

I actually don't know if I should replace the whole window with the normal one with a leather strap or keep this... It is not as perfect as yours is.

Does someone have any technical drawing/diagram with measures of a front fuel tank protection?
Like the one on the image below.

I have all the means and material to do one (at least, I can produce in series) I'm just lacking the drawing..

I cannot buy outside Europe, otherwise I'll pay more in taxes than the actual value of the part

That’s because you are using coil-overs. You will have to figure it a way to bend or otherwise provide more clearance, or switch to later style anti sway bars.

Thank you for your answer, but I see many Rsr with coils and this sway bar.
Might it be the a arms that are with a bigger angle than they should?

What does the gap look like at nominal ride height under static load?

This...

Is your photo of the interference at full droop or when the car and suspension is weighted and sitting on the ground?

If it's at full droop, try setting the car on the ground and rechecking the clearance...

Sitting on the ground looks OK, although I've seen many photos of others and always look like no interference at full droop.

I agree that coil-overs shouldn't be the reason for interference. I think it's hard to compare pictures car-to-car without all the information... in the photo you just posted that shows plenty of clearance - have the a-arms been modified, are there offset ball joints installed, exactly what type of sway bar is installed etc... all of which could make a difference... also, the a-arms look almost level with the ground and not at full droop.

Can you cheat the sway bar arms closer to the inner fender, away from the strut tube to buy yourself a few more mm's?

I will try to look at the 2 cars I have with RSR struts to see how close the sway bar hardware is to the strut tube... may take a few days, but I'll try to remember to take a look to compare. I seem to remember that it was pretty tight when the suspension is at full droop on my cars, but I don't remember anything physically touching.

I think that if your car is a street or track car that will be used such that the wheels will always be in contact w/the ground and under load, I'd not worry about it too much if there is clearance when loaded. If you use the car for rallying where there are jumps involved etc..., I might be more concerned about the conflict.
