Wow what a great restoration and fantastic looking car I do hope that you will put Brilliant Bob's name back onto it, The 80's era Group C and IMSA cars were just the best, It takes me back to 84, 86,87 and 88. I remember in 87 Le Mans seeing Bob Wollek, Jochen Mass, Al Holbert, Hans Stuck, Derek Bell, Price Cobb, all in their rothmans sponsered race overalls. We will never see such great racing again. Keep up the great work.

Yes, we're restoring it pretty much as it was in it's season in 1987 with the notable exception of the goofy front wing which a bunch of teams tried out that season and apparently didn't work too well.

I'm not sure which exact race livery we're restoring it to, here it was in it's last race at Sears Point...

Yes they ran those higher downforce front wings in Group C at my local circuit "Brands Hatch" one year, I think the Richard Lloyd and Walter Brun both used them on their cars.
