Location: Placerville, CA.... You know, the only place on Highway 50 between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe the you find signal lights. Above the fog most of the time and I can see the stars of the Milky Way 8 out of 10 nights. Kinda cool.....

fuel filler boot
Tim
I just did this replacement and posted what I did under the "what you did to your 911" fairly easy job to do. The filler boot had a large metal ring that sits inside of the collar that is used to lock it in place in the channel. That will need to be removed as you proceed. That's what keeps it in place inside the filler flap. The thicker lower ring slips in place on the inner fender that the filler tube passes through. The large foam split ring sits the inner inner fender well leading into the trunk. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Some silicone spray will help in installation, just be sure to wipe off the excess. It also helps in sliding it around in the channel as you get into place. Good luck
