I evidently did not pay close enough attention to the terms of the discount. So, I used it for a small order, and now that I need over $1000 worth of parts, it is no longer valid.
I hate having to shop around.

I just spoke to one of our Customer Service reps - give us a call and give them your order number and your PCA # and they'll adjust it to reflect the discount.

I DID speak to a customer service rep when I was going to place the order in July. He told me it was only valid ONE time. So, I ordered most of the stuff from other suppliers. I am likely not the only person affected by this. Loyalty only goes so far.

It is an annual deal, so it is valid once a year for a purchase.
