When I noticed he just sent pictures he pulled off of eBay, I looked for this email in the scammers list, and it was there. Shocker...

replied to Stubble88's ad, received a pm from wsm22056 saying he had one for $50 less with the usual text for details. Has the standard scammer habits of replying to ads with copy and pasted messages, join date Sept. 2021

yeah, sure

Same user sent photos of an eBay listing for the swaybars I needed. Then send photoshopped pic when I requested he put the date in a photo. 😂

ortoment member (just one post, on my WTB ad). Copied Fuchs photos from BaT site.
Switched to gmail account batman4t4@gmail.com

Said shipment only as "he's a working person". Asked for address to check out the wheels personally in LA. Came up with adress 6022 Brynhurst Av
Los Angeles, California(CA), 90047 (Google streetview shows house for rent..).

Offered '72 wheels for my WTB for '73 Fuchs. Insisted that "I know that’s what they are". Replied with "Then you obviously don't know what you're scamming."

Anyway, some cheap Saturday night entertainment. :-)

Yeah I got tagged by them for $100 through zelle. Maybe in collusion or maybe not. Sad state of affairs nowadays. Should of checked this list first but I was on my cell phone rushing to an appointment so I didn't really check before I Zelle'd the money. Fool me once...

Be careful with Want Ads. They will contact you. Holypope showed me a pic of the part I was looking for but it was way too expensive. Billmart001 sent a message saying that his friend has the part and to contact him. So I Zelled $100 to his "friend" after he assured me that he had the part I needed and a few others that I may be interested in. An hour later he texted me back claiming he got hacked and the money is gone, and can I call my bank to help him out etc.etc. all in broken english.

His number is 323-990-2321 email is bonnieburnett303@gmail.com.

Remember Zelle and Paypal are like bank transfers, once its gone..its gone you can't recall it.
