I think think Ronal may have switched production at one point or contracted out some work. I’ve seen another set where the 7” were W. Germany and the 8” were Canada. My set is W. Germany on all 4. So the set for sale here may be considered a matched set even though production is from 2 different countries based on when they were made.

Probably not. I assume seller is a busy guy, it took quite a while to hear back from him when I was interested in purchasing his wheels.

These are still for sale as of right now. In order to ship these safely, I'm planning on using Uline double-walled boxes in size 18x18x10 (internal dimensions) to leave an inch all around for padding. Uline only allows a minimum order of 15 boxes, thus my box cost is $112. This will be added to whatever shipping service you choose like Fedex or UPS. I have already quoted someone for shipping from AL to CA for $320, and another from AL to OK for $198 for reference, both being the cheapest ground option. Add the box cost to the shipping costs for the total shipping cost.

These will not come with lug nuts. The factory lug nuts will work.

This is correct. I have zero reason to believe they are different based on country of origin. The W. German wheels and the Canadian wheels are identical in paint, metallurgy (as far as I can tell), quality, etc. All except size of course.
