Hey every enthusiasts,
Wanted to share with everyone about this seller. We made a deal last Sunday afternoon on Ronal Kleebratt wheels, as you can see *Sale Pending on 3/10/24. Had me drove 40min after an 8hr work shift, so I can secure it. Guess what? I got there, open the box. It was Fuch wheels, instead of Ronal… How the hell can you make such a mistake?? Frustrating, but I had to hear him out. His exact quotes “Oh my god, Oh no. I am so sorry. We sent the wrong wheels to the wrong person. I am so sorry. I will definitely keep the wheels for you”. That was Sunday. Took his word in good faith, as we all make mistake and didn’t think otherwise. Wanted to check on Monday, figure it was at least a few days for it to arrive back, he also mentioned he was going on a 10-12 days trip. I didn’t want to disturb his time off. Come Tuesday, he said he *Sold the Ronal to someone else for less because it had some scratches. Really?? It a Used 50yrs wheels. I’m pretty sure we can all expected some here and there. Even ask him for pictures, which he never reply. The worst of it, he didn’t even ask me before finalizing a deal. After telling me “I am so sorry. I will definitely keep the wheels for you” Can you believe this guy?? Now, I truly believe that box of Fuch wheels I saw on Sunday was his screw job plan, possibly to get a little extra cash. Yes, I’m all for the extra, but you don’t go screwing people feeling like this, scumbag move. If your the new owner of this Ronal wheels, definitely would like to hear from both side? Congrats! Your happiness is my misery…

We all have our daily stress, problems and ****s that go on that we have to take. In order to relieve some stress and some happiness, we go on this thrill of hunting for unique parts for our Porsche, making it more to our liking. The excitement of the hunt and getting to enjoy it! But this guy, so happen to know how screwed with people feeling!!

If anyone who would like to see the messages that he text, you can PM. Don’t like to accuse anybody without proof. Anyway, I rest my case. Hopefully this guy doesn’t screw someone else happiness. Thanks everyone for hearing me out!

That sounds strange for sure. Got your $$ back at least?

Would love to hear what aceyk has to say about this transaction.

It is true that I mislabeled the boxes and sent the Ronal wrong wheels to buyer of Fuchs. Upon arrival, I got a word that Ronal wheels box was damaged and wheel had a scratch on it.

To give brief history with 89Spectre

March 05. 89Spectre offered $4000. For the wheels. Which I declined.

March 07. 89Spectre offered $2700. For the wheels after I agreed to $4,000.

March 10. 89Spectre offered
$3500. Wanted to come look at it, but 5 minute before arriving, called and started to haggle and offered $3000. I told him forget the deal.
He came anyways and open boxes to find the wrong wheels. Without even looking at the wheels,
89Spectre offered $3500. and asked me to keep it for him. NO Deposit and very untrustable haggling buyer.

The buyer of fuchs offered lower price, but I decided to accept for hassle of return shipping and my upcoming travel. I was very afraid that 89Spectre Would back out of his promise or haggle again on price.

89Spectre seemed like a tire kicker and not trustworthy buyer.

Yes, my 1st offer was $4k, from first glance they looked unique and cool to my eyes. Afterwards he reply with $4.5k offer. I felt we’re close, which I almost agree too. Before anything, when you have no knowledge of. I’m sure everyone would research the value and rarity of such. As I mentioned to him, I’m an 80’s era. I’ve never ever seen or heard of these wheels, before this listing. Not knowing if it the Real deal, a reproduction or if it rare. Upon my research, found many listings around $1k +/-. Similar yet not exact. As I told him after the reason, I wouldn’t do $4k, I could do $2,700 if things changed on Mar 7. After a few days of pondering, you know when you have this feeling when your mind still wanting it, no matter the value or whatever b.s., you have to have it. When back with an offer $3k on Saturday 3/9/24, he couldn’t do. So Sunday, I ask that if we can split in middle to get it done. Which we agree $3.5k.

2hr or less before leaving work to pick them up. I ask a few details on it. Your typical questions, how long you had them, what was it on before, was this the original finish? Which he disclosed he had refinished the wheels to the gold shade it’s now(which was not disclosed on listing). IMO, that should have been. With work going on, traffic going there and not much time. I thought I asked him for a little reduction for the non original finish. Still was going to get either way after all the pondering. I felt it was fair for not disclosing the refinish. The whole time, the Gold refinishing was what caught my eyes and I thought it as rare shade. Is that a crime to ask for something not disclosed? Never said No upon going. I reaffirmed with him after the trip, that I want it and I’ll take it as is, no doubts. Can’t wait for it.

Had he ask for a deposit, I would have. You don’t call directly or drive 40min if you’re not serious. The whole point is you don’t say *Definitely will Save it for you and Not even *Asking before finalizing**. You couldn’t even call back to ask? Are you Ok with this and that? It just a Simple phone call, if you needed reassurance. I didn’t feel well with the refinishing, I Asked. When you yourself mess up showing a different wheels and having someone wait with expectations. That to me is total Scumbag move.

WOW! That what you have to say? I think you should look yourself in the mirror. It would be best to let everyone judge. If after everyone, beside you. I have no problem

You had many chance to buy it and you kept haggling. You lost trust by your actions.
Quit crying over spilled milk.

Good luck finding another set.

Oh, believe me, no one crying over wheels. Don’t go calling me an untrustworthy buyer, when you’re the one not fulfilling your end. Giving all this B.S., my son ship the box I didn’t know, wheels got damage during shipping. Does anyone expect to believe the buyer would take a damage wheels? I saw how it was box, with two heavy duty cardboard box, cardboard layers after layers and with foam covers. If anyone that would like to see pictures of packaging, PM. Come on man!! You should label yourself the untrustworthy seller. All I want is to share my experience with everyone that deal with you, there is no crying. What goes around come around.

Not one cent was exchanged and you are very untrustworthy buyer.

Kept haggling even if we agreed on a price.

I would have shipped them back and have you haggle or back out.

Untrustworthy buyer alerts beware
