I rarely say never but in this case I feel certain that Porsche never used the RSR crank in a street 2.7 CIS engine.
The differences are many but in general the RSR crank uses rods that are closer to 3.0 rods than a 2.7. The fly weights are thicker making the rod journal is narrower. The journal are also larger in diameter with huge radii so a special rod bearing is required. Note the large holes suuounding the crank plug. This was an attempt to remove weight without compromising the strenght of the crank.
