FS: 3.6L Injection System
Complete injection system removed from my car
http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1105909779.jpg It is a 964 setup with the barn door AFM, but uses a 993 plastic intake manifold (larger intake runners) and brand new (in April) 964 throttle body with throttle switches. Great update for early aluminum manifold motors. This is what I did but now going to a 993 MAF setup. Includes both the engine and DME harnesses, intake manifold, injector stacks with new rubber connectors, injectors and fuel rails/hoses, fuel pressure regulator, coils with ignitors and coil covers, modified airbox, AFM, vacuum cansiter, DME with stock and performance chip, the dyno shows my car running with the stock chip and then when we swapped in the performance chip. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1105909823.gif $1200 free shipping in US Email tholyoak@everestkc.net Thanks Todd |

Will also consider selling components separately.
Thanks Todd |

DME and DME harness are sold, rest of the parts are still available.

What's involved in switching from aluminum manifolds to plastic manifolds?
|
Loosen the clamps securing the rubber intermediate pieces that connect the injector stacks to the manifold. Disconnect the airbox, unhook the vacuum line to the brake booster line, disconnect the knock sensor connector and CHT and flywheel sensor connectors on the left side, unhook the throtle cable at the throttle body, unhook the AFM connector, you get the idea, then just pull off the aluminum intake, and install the plastic one and hook up the various lines and electrical connectors you unhooked to remove the aluminum one.
