Tailight Fasteners
These are the fasteners, into which the screws, that hold the tailight assemblies to the body are driven. The previous owner replaced three of them with plastic screw holders and rammed a machine screw into this last remaining one, stripping the threads. There are 4 in all and I need all 4 plus the screws if possible. The one pictured is from my '76 911S. If these are available new or if someone has used that would be great.

Head to any parts store.
Replace those with #8 screws and u-nuts. |

This seems to be a good source. If you have to buy a box, you can always offer them up here in sets of 4 or 8.
BTW, my local NAPA has lots of stuff like this. Never asked them about the J style cage nut in metric. |
