Need help: Opinion of value

I need some help with a few parts. I think I already have a buyer for them but want to make sure I get a fair price and that he receives a fair price.

I have a complete set of factory 993 twin turbo 3.6L pistons and for some reason I only have 4 cylinders to go with them. No wrist pins, but otherwise in excellent condition.

I also have a crankshaft from an 87 carrera 3.2. It had the rod bearing spin on #4 and it has light scratching on it that at worst case will require it to be turned to .01 undersize. I also have a complete set of connecting rods to go with it.

The last thing I need help valuing is a complete exhaust from my 91 C2 Turbo. I converted to a B&B system, and the old exhaust is in great shape, complete with the catalytic converters, and the tips are in excellent condition.

Any help valuing these would be greatly appreciated. As I said I believe I have a buyer and want to make sure we're both treated fairly.
