WTB Turbo 3.6 header and muff system
I currently have what looks to be GHL HeatExchangers and for the life we can not get this setup to stop leaking exhaust. I mean the whole thing leaks, from everywhere.
Anyone with a good setup out there for saleplease contact. Or any suggestions

I am curious, what is exactly your problem? Are they leaking at the Head/flange or somewhere else. I am planning to put a set of GHL (930) on my 3.8ltr (rotating the studs) and wondering what trouble i should look for. I am currently using the same set on my 930 without problem.

They are cracked along the edge of the heat boxes. Also leaking at the 3-way pipe on the turbo and they bottomomed out and are leaking there also, i am not sure if they are even GHL or B&B or what but they leak!!

GHL has triangular heat boxes, B&B have rectangular ones.

Right ok then these are GHL. I think they are just basically cracked in spots where the welds have broken. i.e the heater boxes, the muffler is cracked at the weld to the intake pipe, the 3 way pipe at the turbo etc.
