WTB: Rear speaker parcel shelf / tray / deck

Looking for a 78-89 rear speaker / parcel tray for a Targa.
Black, is first choice but willing to take another color and paint it if the price is right, and the condition is good.

You might try one of the dismantlers, depending upon where you are. These are bulky to ship (ask me how I know). PartsHeaven and EASY in the Bay Area are both real good to work with.

They're easy to recover - you can do it yourself or have an upholstery shop do it for you. Key is to make sure that the tray is not warped.

And a coupe tray will not fit a targa.

Is a targa differnt than the coupe? I have a really nice black leather one from a coupe.

I've heard tell that the rear parcel shelves are different between coupes and targas, though I've never verified it personally.

The part numbers ARE different between coupe and targas.
