Custom intercooler with hand formed end tanks

I have a very nice air to air intercooler built by Marco Manzie at Billet Design. If you want a mack daddy full bay intercooler ready to make some power this is it! Marco has proven that he can build some of the fastest Porsches on the Planet!

The core measures 13x24x3.5. Total width including end tanks is 30 inches. The end tanks are all hand formed with internal air diverters inside. They are quite simply amazing in design and function! Marco polished it then I had it re-polished again. After having it in the car, and out a few times there are some scratches on it, but the intercooler still looks amazing! I changed applications so I can not use it. It is a side to side design. I used it on a custom gt3 intake, but it could be adapted very easily to other intakes such as an EFI 3.2 project. I used it on the dyno then changed directions on the car in a major way.

I waited FOREVER to have this thing built and it looks like a work of art. It would be close to 3500 to have another one built. The core is a 1000hp supra core that is around 1K alone. I am including the pipe that wraps around to the throttle body, and the up pipe from the turbo. All piping is very lightweight aluminum. The throttle body pipe has a flange already welded onto it for a tial BOV. There is also a hole drilled for an IAT sensor. I didnt weld a bung there in case someone uses a different thread IAT sensor. Also not shown in the picture is the mounting bracket was notched so you can run an AC compressor on the car

I saved this intercooler for several months for a buddy, but he changed directions so I am putting it back for sale! I have 3500 invested. I will take 2000 for everything! My loss is someones HUGE gain. This is a BAD BOY!
