AAR Needed

Kurt, I dont have an AAR, but mine just failed. I drilled out the rivets, opened it up and found the spring had failed. Put a new spring in and bolted it back together.....took all of couple of hrs.

Stu, thanks for the advice. Since my AAR is not moving at all and the resistance is not measuring correctly, I'm thinking my issue is with the winding. I plan on drilling the rivets and using the info on this forum to repair it, but in the meantime I'm wanting to swap it out with a good used part.
