Any problem with empty boxes arriving from our host??

Hi there,

Curiosity: has anyone had any deliveries turn up from Pelican and the box has been empty??!?

Happened to me today and was curious if anyone else had experienced the same.

Cheers, Kemal.

HAHAHAaa sorry that would make me laugh. I'm sure Pelican will take care of you. I used to run a mail order house and once in a blue moon that would happen... just operator error. After we went to predictive weighing SW that kind of thing was caught before it happened.

Best regards,

Michael

This happened to me recently. Ordered a pulley seal and the box was empty but "factory" sealed. I emailed PP and had another within two days no charge. Just another example of why I buy parts from our host.
