Parting out 1990 964 C4 Targa

I've got a 964 C4 targa with a spun bearing that is being parted out.
It's a 1990 model and is black with a black interior.

It was a really nice, strong car, but started to knock one day and was immediately shut down for engine service - that was a couple of years ago and nothing has been done to it, os it's getting parted to clear out room in my garage.

This is a complete car with no accidents, so everythign is available.
Transaxle will be sold as a running unit.
Engine may get dissassembled to assess condition of individual components

Thanks
Andrew M

Lower Front Apron Pieces

Interested in the front left and right lower apron pieces if they are in good shape and not scratched or scraped up. They are sort of a gray color.

I'm interested in the deck lid/spoiler. Perhaps gauges, as well. PM sent.

Thanks Guys - I'll check in on this thread every morning to make sure I'm up to date on any requests.

Reilly - I do have that, it's jsut a bit difficult to get to How about $35 shipped?

Mike Fitton - I'll take a look and verify condition for you.

syzygy - I've got both - I'll reply to your e-mail - local pickup is fine

DrkJstc - 90 G64 transaxle is available and was rebuilt at some point. Works great - looking for $1,800 and can put on pallet and drop off at truck shipper of your choice in Calgary.

Medent - Targa top is nice on the inside and seals, but has a small 1" tear right in the middle of the vinyl, so should be recovered. looking for $500 shipped for it. (shipping would eat up about $100 of that)

Motorsport-Tech - They look good, with no broken tabs or anything. Looking for $350 shipped

redturbo911 - I took a couple of pictures over the weekend - see below. Prices? depends on what you need

If you sent a PM or e-mail, I'll respond directly via that route.

Thanks,
Andrew M

And think, some day we'll be wanting to rebuild these too. But today they are cut up and sacrificed like Honda's. I completely understand, but its still sad to see such a nice car die because of the cost of a bearing failure. Good luck with dismantlement.

I know, but to do the engine right, it would be in the 6-7,000 range and I'd be left with a car that is worth under 20k.

Instead, I can part it out and fund my Chump Car season for the next couple of years (note the sweet, sweet 911 in the background) and put the rest towards a Spec911 car to be based in the states (our local track closed this past season)

Andrew,

How much for the oil filter housing and the thermostat. Some folks were kind enough to part ways with theirs they had lying in wait for future projects, so i'd like to find good pieces to return back to them.

Also, thanks for the nice camshaft sprocket. Rec'd it yesterday and it's perfect for my needs.

Thanks,
Kevin
