WTB: Bosch 911 0438 100 006 (1975) Fuel Distributor
Hello everyone -
My first post - have been a longtime looker. After more than 25 years, I finally took the plunge and got my dream car - a 911S. Anyway, looking for fuel distributor 0438 100 006 (1975-1977 2.7L). Looking for a clean working one. Really need it as the car won't run without it. Last owner thought he was a Bosch Kjet tech and took it off and decided to refurb himself to disastrous results. Let me know if you have one or know anyone. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |

Wow - this is a serious site - I posted today and now this is on page three.
Anyway, is there anyone out there that recommends someone who will rebuild the existing fuel distributor I have? Thanks again. |

I have a full system sitting in laundry baskets that I don't think you'd want... but there are several people listing these on ebay for $400-500 or so in what looks like new condition.
Check out this one-- |

Yep ... missing WUR, Air Boot, and no pop-off valve.

I don't think he needs it anymore, I PM'd him last week with a brand new in the box and he didn't respond... sold it in 5 minutes to another Pelican a few days later after posting it for sale.

I figured that but it is customary on this forum to respond one way or the other isn't it? I am just asking. Maybe I'm just old fashioned but I was raised that is being polite.
