Why parting vs selling as whole?

Mainly because shipping a core engine across the border is a huge in in the rear with customs brokers and crating / shipping requirements.
And parting it out will basically pay for my Chump Car racing this upcoming season

I bought a Euro motor out of Vancouver once and shipped it to California, it was a great engine but there was a $300 added surprise in the shipping amount. It was a pain.

Andrew, I am interested in the oil pump if it is the pickup tube type without screen, although come to think of it most of those 83 engines had the later style case without removable sump plate.

Please let me know what you find with the crank. Really could use a nice std/std crank to replace my current crank I did a fine job of destroying....

Andrew, I would like the engine sheet metal that goes around the perimeter and the piece on the rear (not sure what it is called) that the engine mounting brace bolts to and then bolts to the engine over the crank pulley. Please let me know how much with shipping to 19425. Thanks, man!

If there's no crank I have a standard crank from a 76 3.0

If you need a clutch I'd snap this up, I just got the flywheel from this combo (thanks Andrew) and the fricking thing is brand new! Like maybe 2-3k on it at the most, but my bet it's less. Not a speck of rust on it so this was a recent install, great price to boot.

confused - Hi Mark, it's an ealry 83 and has the sump plate, I'd go $200 shipped on the oil pump and venturie plate

stampede - Sending an e-mail

EPorsche - Thanks, sending PM

KTL - will do, I should have it measured tomorrow morning

greyes59 - If that's the black round one, send me a PM with your address and I'll send one out gratis

mreid - I'd go $225 shipped for the sheetmtal and mount console

onboost - the engine harness is in decent shape - needs a bit of new tape, but the green wire and 6-pin connectors are there and uncut. - Looking for $80 shipped for it

Mark Henry - Thanks Mark, that flywheel was pretty nice - clutch looks nice as well
