69 targa chassis, non roller

WTB, just fishing here, my 69 targa is so rusty that i try all angles, maybe somebody has a 69 -71 targa, no glass, no sheet metal needed, just the chassis.

How is the chassis from the rear seats back? I believe I know where there is a full front clip and floor pan.
