For $75 it ought to be framed. My dealer was giving them away at the time, I think I kept one and gave the rest away.

The key part of this statement is "at the time." If everybody had saved all the things dealers were giving away in the '50s, all of that high dollar overly collectible 356A crap would be worthless. But since very few people keep the stuff, the value goes up. I have no idea what these are worth, but they'll be worth more in 20 years. - Matt

You have to work it to your advantage. Start a stash of oddball Porsche stuff now, then when they are in college and asking you for money, you just open the closet door and tell them to get out there and sell a piece of two of the stash. It probably won't work, but you might keep their hands out of your pocket for a little while. - Matt

Oh I'm well past that stage in life. The boys are both married and starting families of their own. I'm guessing my kids and grandkids will enjoy some of this stash I've already got scattered throughout my place ( I have a VERY understanding wife). Lord only knows what college will cost by the time the little ones are ready to go.
