Yes it will fit as long it's 3.2 eng. but make sure you check/see pics to make sure it fits on the air flow meter (AMF) on the bottom base of the air box - see pic. if it is same pattern on your 3.2 eng. AMF.

I really don't see how this box will fit on a 3.2, as they are two totally different configurations. Here is a pic of a 3.2 stock box:

and here is a pic of your 964 box:

bcheney- I understand your confusion here...I sent you email with pics.(Feb 9th) of another different air box that I have is for 84-88 3.2 which is correct application for your car which you paid for & getting it; while this one I posted here is for late model 89-94 air box which is different configuration...even tho it looks very confusing by the looks of it which is very identical but it is not.

As noted: Thx Scooter for pointing out the difference as I had suspected all along and knew there is a different configuration on the bottom of the air box which is different angle for mounting on the MAF (mass air flow) unit. Unless someone who might want to do some extra modification for the mounting bracket (like aluminum spacer) to make it fit on this late model 89-94 air box to bolt directly on 84-88 3.2 911 but who knows if there is one out there? but I doubt if there is one in existence for "modification" one. Again, thank you for showing the pic. of your 84-88 air box as it shows a big difference here for 89-94 964!
