FS - Dansk 1/1 SS Sport Muffler
Stainless Dansk Sport muffler w/ 84mm tip.
Purchased from Mid-America Direct in December of 2003. Mileage on car at time of installation was approx. 55K; removed in 2012 approx. 10K miles later. Stored in heated garage since. Backdating to 2/1 SSIs... Great condition except for minor scratches under tip from unfriendly driveways. Paid $400, equivalent muffler from our host is $950 today. Asking $200 + insured shipping in continental US. ![]()

An absolute steal! Real lucky, and quick on the trigger buyer! Where was a deal like this when I was looking for the same muffler.

Got my use out of it and not looking to make a killing, given the wealth of assistance this site has provided over the years. Enjoy!

Saw you have a '74 BMW 3.0CS. Had a '72 3.0CS in the '70s, the finest auto I ever owned! The only downside was their propensity to rust. Wish I still had mine! Back then, very few people even knew what they were. Got tired of telling people "no, it's not a Corvair !"LOL

Yeah I jumped on this one without hesitation. Thanks Lens.
I'll have a modified bursch for sale if I like this. There is a sound clip in the muffler sound thread. I replaced the dynamax muffler with Magnaflow. The Magnaflow is built better and is a straight through design. The dynamax has u-bends.
