![]() After 40+ years of owning, servicing and driving these wonderful cars, the time has come for me to offer this business and real estate property up for sale. In Stow, Massachusetts on 8 peaceful acres in a residential but grandfathered business location. It was an independent auto repair business that serviced only Porsche autos. ![]() Awarded "The Quietest Business in Town" by our local newspaper a few years back, we are conveniently located off Interstate 495 at exit 27. I personally own (3) 40 ft trailers full of old Porsche parts. Will sell as a package or break it all up and sell the real estate and old parts separately as the opportunity arises. The business name "Auto Sport Engineering" as well as our unique 1-800-three 56-914-six..... phone Nr is available separately. I am retired and still in good health, and plan to make custom Fuel & Oil Hoses for Porsche cars as the demand by the Porsche community dictates. Please reply by email only. Hi Len,I have not spoken with you for some years.I used to run a CP 914-6 in the Ne SCCA region and helped Alan Howes with some of his projects.I am glad you are in good health.Do you make the right side hard oil lines for a 74-89 911?Thanks Fred Apgar Apcar Inc.

![]() CountD - Started out in the early 70's with my first Porsche, a silver 914-6 (still have it), and soon realized I could not afford to pay the dealers for work I could do myself. Looks like its the same today, though much more costly with the state of the equip and electronics used in today's models. "Hands-On" experience is essential. You don't have to rely on others if you can do it yourself. The auto repair business has not been easy, but I have loved the process. Even when I could not afford the latest "turbo" or other model myself; if I had to repair it I also had to test drive it. I also never threw anything away. Guess that's why today I have so much "worthless junk" that I can now offer for sale. Nuff said? .....and to get back to the main topic of this thread, Google Maps is our friend. Len

![]() Thank you for the suggestion. Wanted to post a Google Map pic of the property along with others, but am having trouble w my Verizon email account "exceeding my quota". Now I cannot send photos of any kind. Will try to clear out my old stuff tonight, even tho I really would like to save old emails for documentation purposes. Len

Exceeding quota, been there Len & it's very flipping frustrating !
Don't dump your important doc's & emails as you may regret it in future. People need to be patient considering your technical dilemma as I'm certain most will. Just keep us posted as & when you can & best of luck w/Verizon ! |

![]() Thank you Lee. Tried printing the Google Earth image then scanning it and sending it to myself so it was a .jpg file but still no luck. Don't know how long it took you to do this, but "thank you" again. This is such a great resource of knowledge and folks willing to help. Len

Len, do you have any sort of inventory of the parts? I know its a longshot because nobody ever sets out to accumulate 3 trailers full of parts.
