Those are the leak down results. I can't do a compression test now since its not in the car. Leak down numbers are a more accurate way of seeing what shape the engine is in.

First I have no interest other than to provide my own experience crossing the US and Canada many times. Once you drive up to custom, they will ask why you're going through. My observations are that one can simply say that you're bringing used car parts back. Depending on the value given, they might ask that you declared x $ and pay X for imports tax...but I think that if the import taxes were already paid from the US to Canada, the additional taxes might be waive.
Best is to contact a US custom broker for an idea. Lots of folks have parts sent to a US address next to the border, pick up the parts and simply drive back to Canada. |

I bring a lot of items across the border.
A lot of the time it really depends on who you get. When crossing to the US, they don't usually make a big fuss about used parts. You might have to pay a 15% or 18% tax to bring 'commercial goods' across that you plan to sell. I forget the exact amount but it's in that range. To come back into Canada they ding you on everything and anything. They will always try to charge you the 16% sales tax plus import taxes that should not be applied to free trade goods. If you buy a broken used part they will scour the net to find a higher price and try to tell you you are lying to them. |

You may have to pay duty when bringing it into the U.S. I can ship it if you'd like aswell. I can also invoice you for a lower amount if it interests you. Ps I have some pending offers but no money has been exchanged at this point. Email me for quickest response if interested.
